Diane sleeping. I just love drawing with a pen. Nothing like it. Only really one chance to get it right. Makes you pay attention and REALLY look at what you are drawing.

Crazy hair portrait

I had a lot of fun with this one. Played with the hair trying to give her hair some motion.

Pen with wash

Used a fine point pen with some watercolor washes. Found a few pictures out of a magazine I liked.

Work out of the sketch book

I try to work everyday in my sketch book (not always an easy task). Ideas, things I see and want to record. I do these for fun and to train my eye to help in creating my final pieces.
